Keeping Up With the Kardashians just celebrated its 10-year anniversary and a lesser-known Kardashian is ready to make her reality show debut.

On Friday, Ellen DeGeneres released a new, fake trailer for the upcoming season of the E! reality show. The sketch features all of the Kardashian women, including DeGeneres’ character, Karla Kardashian.

The promo opens with glamorous shots of Los Angeles as Kourtney struts by a pool, Khloe works outs, Kendall prepares for a modeling gig, Kylie drives a Lamborghini and Kim attends a fitting for an inevitably exclusive event. Karla is then seen at Jumbo’s Clown Room, an infamous strip club.

The trailer then cuts to the Kardashian sisters and matriarch Kris Jenner posing for a photo shoot on the family’s lawn. “Where’s Karla?,” Kris asks the girls. Khloe responds, “Mom, she’s always late.” As the family gets in formation for the picture, Karla struts across the lawn and slaps her butt in time with the KUWTK intro song.

After DeGeneres shared the clip with her audience, she decided to present the Kardashians with a gift. “The traditional 10-year anniversary gift is either tin or aluminum,” she began. “And since it looks like every other day there’s another Kardashian that’s getting pregnant, I got them something.” A crib made out of aluminum cans was then wheeled out onto the stage.

Karla Kardashian may not have made her debut on her family’s reality show yet, but she has made plenty of appearances on the syndicated talk show. DeGeneres first introduced Karla to the world as her Halloween costume in 2015. During her first appearance, Karla explained why the audience had never heard of her. "I'm a big part of the family, but for some reason I've always been cut out of the show,” she said.

Karla made a more recent appearance on the talk show when DeGeneres debuted her parody of Taylor Swift’s latest music video for “Look What You Made Me Do.” The original musical video famously includes multiple past versions of Swift during the first decade of her career.

DeGeneres explains to her audience that her friend “Tay Tay” cut her out of the original music video. The host took it upon herself to release the unedited version, which includes many of Degeneres’ past characters, including Karla.

As technology has expanded sex robots have become increasingly lifelike, bringing about a the need for a revolution in how we think about sex, morals and the legal status of these sex robots, according to Kent Law School Professor Robin Mackenzie. Prof Mackenzie specialises in areas such as robotics and the ethical and legal relations between humans and robots. She said: "Sex, law and ethics will never be the same. Sooner than we think, technologists will create sentient, self-aware sex robots, capable of emotional/sexual intimacy.” Prof Mackenzie added: "Humans having sex with other humans who are unable to consent to sex, like children and adults lacking decision-making capacity, is seen as unlawful and unethical. So is human/animal sex. Such groups are recognised as sentient beings who cannot consent to sex with interests in ne
