Ivanka Trump wears £2520 tweed dress to State of the Union - it almost SELLS out across UK

IVANKA TRUMP wore an Oscar de la Renta dress to her father President Donald Trump’s State of the Union address in Washington.

Ivanka Trump, 36, was pictured last night in Washington supporting her father President Donald Trump at his first State of the Union address.
The mother-of-three looked thrilled to be at the political event, where POTUS delivered the SOTU: a political and economic report of the previous 12 months.

Ivanka was wearing an Oscar de la Renta tweed dress for the occasion.
The posh frock will set back customers a whopping £2520 - and it’s almost sold out with just one left in each size on Selfridges’ website this morning.

The designer is believed to be a favourite for Washington wives.
Laura Bush - George W Bush’s wife - wore a white coat and suit from his collection in 2005 when her husband was sworn into office.
Ivanka was supported by her husband Jared Kushner at the event.
The pair were pictured laughing, joking and waving to friends ahead of the Washington political speech.

Donald’s eldest daughter Ivanka tweeted ahead of the event: “I look forward to meeting @POTUS and @FLOTUS Special Guests at the State of the Union.
“Thank you for sharing your stories and serving as an example and inspiration for all Americans. #MAGA #SOTU.”
Meanwhile, Donald’s wife Melania Trump, 47, wore a chic white suit produced by Christian Dior for the important speech given by her husband.
She paired the outfit with a close fitting silk shirt worn underneath the jacket. The jacket was slightly oversized, giving Melania the appearance of a strong presence.
However, the trousers were slightly cropped to show off Melania’s slim ankles.
Both Ivanka and her step mother Melania kept their hair and makeup simple for the event.
Ivanka wore her blonde hair straight and parted in the centre, while Melania's was blow-dried with a slight wave.
The pair sat near to each other, with the first daughter seats just a few seats up from Melania.
Ivanka tweeted a gushing post in praise of her father Donald earlier this week, ahead of the important speech.

Prof Mackenzie specialises in areas such as robotics and the ethical and legal relations between humans and robots. She said: "Sex, law and ethics will never be the same. Sooner than we think, technologists will create sentient, self-aware sex robots, capable of emotional/sexual intimacy.” Prof Mackenzie added: "Humans having sex with other humans who are unable to consent to sex, like children and adults lacking decision-making capacity, is seen as unlawful and unethical. So is human/animal sex. Such groups are recognised as sentient beings who cannot consent to sex with interests in ne
